Aromas of black cherry - full bodied with low tannin upon opening. Notes of cranberry and dried plums on the palate. We paired with a roasted garlic, baked brie, apricot and arugula pesto appetizer followed by homemade moose spaghetti! Fabulous to drink now!

Naramata Bench Tasting (Westin Bayshore Hotel) : Polarizing Wine of the Night, I liked it others not so much A: Good Fruit, High Quality Red Fruit T: Good Acid, Red Fruit, Med Tannins but not harsh Conclusion: I found this approachable other found this had more noticeable tannins then the 06

Medium clear red. Very interesting nose. Cherries, raspberries, herbs and leather (maybe suggested by the name). Great tannins and acid. Very nice structure. Fantastic with food. A very good BC wine. Never had one with this kind of finish. Enjoyed with spagetti Carbonara, would even be better with a steak.
