Domaine de Chatillon Mondeuse Vin de Savoie

P&p; best with at least 30 minutes of air. Smells like fresh barely ripe plum, with black pepper, flowers, a subtle roasty note like stout or coffee and some dried leaves/herbs/scrub/earth. Relatively simple on the palate but with nice, fresh, crunchy acidity, quite enjoyable.

A dark fruit profile to the aroma, with a touch of licorice too. The palate is mid-weight and crisp. It has some florals and spice and finishes decidedly crunchy and energetic.

A nice nose of summer berries and purple flowers. The palate is fresh and vibrant with delicious fruit flavours cut by minerally acidity. Light on its feet, energetic and each sip invites another.
