Subtle fruit with more prominent earthy aroma. Blueberry up front with vanilla, followed by spice, then soft tannins and fairly good finish. This wine stands alone, but also brought out nice flavors with a Turkey burger and vegetables.

Nicely chewy, purplish-red in color. Not a lot of layers to this though. Agree with another review on the price. $40 a bottle when there's plenty of quality Malbec from Argentina?

A standard WA Malbec that shows the classic single vein characteristic. Five percent Cabernet Sauvignon adds a little nuance. Not sure who priced this though. Argentina has countless, equally good Malbecs for under $15.
