Forchini Pinot Noir Proprietor's Reserve Forchini Vineyard

Second tasting after leaving half the bottle in the fridge overnight. The strong medicinal nose has faded a bit. The wine has softened up, heat has faded. Much more pronounced fruit. Finishes with cherry...still a bit medicinal (cough syrup). No huge improvement.

Odd nose with medicinal notes. Still drinking ok though. Light strawberry flavor. Finish is a bit medicinal and bitter showing a little heat. Will follow up with tasting notes tomorrow. I think this may wine may improve with a little time.
