Some bitterness

Quite concentrated golden yellow color. Hard hitting crushed apple and citrus nose. Some honeyed apple and pear richness from some lees treatment, so more than medium bodied. Fresh apple, peach, pear and and citrus across the palate. A bit of that Sardinia salt air flavor and feeling. Not complicated, but fruity and balanced.
