Light but flavor is not balanced

Subtle nose of cherries, toasted cumin and old leather. Palate echoed the nose. After sometime in the glass, graphite and dried herbs emerged. Lean and clean with grippy tannins making this good with tomato based pasta. Medium-bodied structure which is polished, leading to a soft finish. Ready to drink now, preferably with a tomato-based pasta.

This a nice, low cost, well balanced Tuscan blend. Has a little tobacco, some acidic backbone, and nice fruit profile. A very good, under $10 red. Should work with all kinds of tomato based cuisines.

Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon Medium body, bright garnet to purple color. Intense fresh fruts forward and floral aroma complements by cherry and black currant palate with spicy finish. Simple but very enjoyable, refreshing acidity and young tannins. Food friendly, best match is Mediterranean salads and light sheep milk cheeses. Serve 14º - 18º. Open one hour ahead. Drink now while young and next couple years.
