Nose: The nose is lively and aromatic with crushed rocks, peaches, white fruits, saline, grapefruit, acacia flowers, lemon peels, and pears. There is excellent depth and balance with an extra level that I normally don't come across in normal Sancerres. Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with racy, high acidity.
