With Chicken Curry…. Found this in the cellar and pleasantly surprised. Great acidity and slight creaminess. Herbal potpourri in background. Melon and muted cherry.floral nose.cotton candy coming and going. Better after 45 minutes of air. Great midweight mouthfeel.impressive. Hard to give a score 88-90 range

Waiting on this until 10 years old and glad I did! This matured exceptionally well. Plenty of fruit remains along with the pink crack texture we know and love. But the development of the funky complexities made this a notch or two above. Great stuff.

Just wanted to add a note to indicate that these can certainly age incredibly well. Savory with a good amount of fruit left. Reminiscent of a slightly modern Provence rose. Both on the nose and on the palate: strawberries, minerality/saltiness/stoniness, very herbaceous and savory. I absolutely loved this even with all the age. I accidentally lost this in my cellar and I realized that I actually preferred it to when it was released.

Opened and had two glasses, very nice. Forgot about it for four days and thought it would be done in, but it was still pretty good.

Showing some aged notes now. Still fruity, but the funk is in the driver's seat. It's excellent.

Immediately delicious on pnp. Remains interesting, earthy, a bit funky, and all around delicious into day 2 as well.

A very enjoyable and light rose. It needed time to open and was much better the second day, but still good the first.

11.8% abv. My first wine from Liquid Farm. Contains "a tiny amount of grapes from Vande Steege and Jack McGinley Vineyards," Pale pumpkin color with clarity. Drinking it chilled, the fragrance was dulled. The taste is appealing and fruity. On the palate I sense a less pronounced plum and cherry as if there were such a thing as white plums and white cherries. Delicious!

This was the perfect beginning to an outdoor barbeque with a number of guests. This salmon colored Rose' won more fans during the afternoon as it provided a structured but juicy aperitif as guests arrived. Minerals, nectarine and strawberry notes are evident and this held up to all varieties of appetizers. It gained consensus and a new following. Perfect for a late-August day!!

This Rose is certainly quaffable, and goes great with a summer salad but I was hoping for a little bit more. The Mourvedre does give it extra depth and weight, but I needed a little bit more crisp acidity and perhaps some more verve and tension. Otherwise it comes off as a little bit too soft and one-dimensional. For a California rose, I slightly prefer the Ode to Lulu more.

It may have been the perfect weather on Memorial Day or the mood or setting enjoying the outside elements but this was one of the best drinking experiences I have enjoyed with the pink crack. It was not as mineral driven as past offerings and the acidity was a notch lower. It seemed a bit more rounded around the edges. Lovely salmon color and although dry the purity of fruit certainly shined through. Lovely bottle!

A perfect wine for a perfect sunny Spring day. Salmon colored with nice acidity. Mineral driven with nectarine and white peach notes. Slightly under ripened fruit notes - not the grapes, just the flavor profile. Strawberry undertones. Able to stand up to a variety of food but I enjoyed this on the deck with just me and sunshine.

I have been waiting for some sunshine to hit the Chicagoland area to be able to get out on the patio and open up a bit of the pink crack. Always a sign Spring is in the air. I love how this wine has fruit elements of strawberry and nectarine but has structure and integrity and the stuffing to pair with numerous food offerings. It is serious and yet fun. It is salmon colored and has some mineral flavors within …

Have heard a lot of buzz about this winery. This is my first try and I probably shouldn't have broken one of my wine rules--never buy rose when it has been in the bottle longer than a year ( am sure there are exceptions). This bottle is very pale, almost clear. Crisp but not much fruit or anything else. Terrible QPR.

This is probably on the decline, but it did hold up for two days. On day one the nose had the same stone fruit with strawberries that I've come to expect but it also had a sour milk note to it. On the palate the wine was great, but the after taste would resurrect that sourness. On day 2, the sourness kind of morphed in to a mango passion fruit, which was pleasing albeit a little weird for this wine. …

Not many people think of drinking Rose in the middle of a Chicago winter, but what better wine to enjoy the NCAA Football Championship with a variety of appetizers, cheeses and charcuterie. Salmon orange in color with bracing acidity that pairs lovely with these foods. It didn't hurt that it was a helluva game and one for the ages. Nice minerality and stone with strawberry fruit and a bit of nectarine. LF Fam forever!

Orange pink color. Funky nose with red fruit in the background. The palate was red fruited with a mineral edge on the finish. This was light-bodied with zippy acidity to amplify the crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this was a perfect aperitif because of its honest fruit, but the mouvedre funk made it distinctive and interesting.

A bit of charcoal on the palate, but nice with shellfish stew. I want to like this more than I do. There is a smokey flavor that takes away from the freshness and the fruit and I am not sure I will buy more from this vintage because that has been common in the bottles I have had.

Ordered a bottle of this with some work colleagues at the Morrell Wine bar and then came home and shared a bottle with friends. This wine is always top notch and very appealing. Great fruits but keeps itself very dry. A better acidity level which made the transition from a Merry Edwards SB to this a bit interesting in the beginning, but easy to fall into this after a few sips. Sorry that we are down to one bottle, but …

A light, inoffensive, well-crafted and eminently gulpable on a hot day sort of Rose -- only I drank it slowly and paid attention to it. Verdict: a touch watery and boring. More fruit and verve and the balance would send this to another direction.

Really nice, refreshing rose from Liquid Farm. This has a light salmon color and subtle red cherry nose. There's more cherry, green melon, strawberry and a touch of lime on the tongue. Lively acidity and a medium long finish make this an extremely enjoyable summertime libation.
