Du "gros" vin blanc minéral et avec une amertume en finale qui ne pas plût. Bien fait pour le prix, mais aurait mérité un peu plus de maturité pour le rendre plus aimable à mon avis.

Citrus and honeysuckle flavor with a nice long finish. Very good value. Update: After letting this wine breathe for about an hour, I raised my score. This wine is also better if a little closer to room temperature than most white wines.

Another vintage and another solid white from Domaine Lafage. Pretty consistent with the 2018 but with a touch less depth and richness and a more poised, minerally style. The nose is initially floral and delicate with honeysuckle and orange blossom followed by peach, grapefruit and lime wafting up. The palate has a rich texture and is beautifully balanced through the crisp, almost flinty finish. Very elegant, very classy and excellent value.

De belles arômes de fruit blanc (poire), de miel et pointe de minéralité. Parfaite cohérence en bouche, avec une belle matière riche et ample. Longueur raisonnable et touche d'amertume, et herbacé en finale. Beau RQP.

I much preferred this vintage to the previous one. A really well-made wine at a compelling price (<$12). I don't know if it what I ate with it, but I really got a lot of pineapple notes. The tropical nature was balanced by a razor-sharp acidity (good thing), something not always present in these southern French Grenache Blanc-heavy blends. Enjoyed it.

Årgång 2013 var ett fynd hösten 2014 för 92:- på bolaget. Årgång 2014 i beställningssortimentet hösten 2016 för 119:- (!) är långtifrån ett fynd. Syran är inte tillräcklig för att väga upp alkoholen och den ganska klumpiga tropiska frukten som det finns alltför mycket av. Jag misstänker att vinet borde ha druckits för ett år sedan men jag är inte säker på att det hade hjälpt.

Reading the comments this comes across as a decent wine with nobody jumping up and down. White grenache which is new to me. I like it but don't love it. Maybe over rated just because nobody dislikes it.

Interesting wine with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple, without being too sweet. Good acid balance. Had with poached salmon and used some when cooking. Nice pairing Very good value for the money.
