Colour: light gold colour to deep straw yellow, legs are slow and few, no sediment in the bottle Nose: some citrus grapefruit notes, honeysuckle, peach blossom, melon, honeydew and honey with hints of apricot and tropical note of passion fruit. Mouth: sweet apple with citrus grapefruit note, lemon zest, apricot, honeydew, deep minerality and honey. The body feels light/medium with a bright texture and medium acidity.
