Cantina di Gambellara Soave Classico Monopolio

Natural cork. Medium body, greenish golden colour, 13% abv. Intense orchard and melons fruits aroma. Creamy peach and pears palate, gentle acidity and spicy but fresh finish. Rich and powerful, complex enough but a bit alcoholic and unbalanced. Meanwhile food friendly, well paring to backed salmon. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Open a few minutes ahead. Drink now.

{screwcap, 13%} Steely and briny. Youthful, but interesting. Moderate acid, light/medium weight. Tart sort of fruit, but not green. Dry and crunchy. Good for a few years at least.
