Tenuta Sant'Antonio Cabernet Sauvignon Capitel Del Monte Veneto IGT

A gift so I don't know the price. It is not gonna win any most complex wine awards but it has a nice structure and good intensity. The nose is rather strong (blueberries and blackcurrant) and has a hint of sweetness to it. Good grip and quite enjoyable. The tannins are still somewhat present which makes it a great food wine.

Quite impressive due to the fact that this was cheap.. Excellent blueberry flavours, black pepper and other spices. Loads of chocolate and coconut but seems well integrated into the wine.. Medium finish but still quite intense.. A bit singular but really nice and enjoyable..

not quite as enamored with this as before, but still very, very nice. don't disagree with what I wrote before, it's just in perspective of some even nicer wines.

Beautiful velvety softness. Large nose of blackberries & violets that also shows itself on the palete. Flavors of licorice and coco join in. A very enjoyable wine.
