Hofgut Consequence Spätburgunder trocken

Rather bright red colour. Still very vibrant and young. Fragrances of raspberries and white meadow flowers. Very gentle and set back. The taste is lean but sublime. Still a bit too much acid. It is very fruity (raspberries, strawberries and a bit lemon) and has some smooth bitterness. I would suggest to enjoy this one in the next two or three summers.
