Hay-scented, with aromas of lemon and honey. Quite mineral, moderate acidity, no sweetness, nice structure. It worked nicely as an aperitif and then to accompany gravlax and asparagus with a creamy sauce. Drink now.

CBCC wine tasting with Eric Flanagan The WOTN for the whites. The color was pale straw and had a depth which exceeded the regular bottling. Butter and cedar wood dominate the aromatics while in mouth a creamy texture with vanilla bean is introduced. The wine has a tame acidity and a fruit forward character.
