Fascinating wine, 100% Pinot Meunier, 12.5% abv, light blush rose, gentle persistent bubbles, subtle, not a typical rose, started out slowly but opened up beautifully, dry finish but complex fruit,, drank with baked lobster, light body but rounded tastes swirl as you drink it, will drink again.
