This has become my go to wine for parties. This time it was paired with a medium spicy gazpacho and it was an excellent choice

Delicious stuff, solid value- definitely on the shy side, but really enjoyable. Felt a bit like a chablis with a twist of sauvignon blanc at the end, with slightly tropical fruit coming in. Lemon zest, the faintest hint of leesy character, a bit of chalky, and something like mango or grapefruit toward the finish. Understated to the point of feeling reticent, maybe needs a little time, or we paired it with too-intense food (would work really well with simple scallops.)
