Daniel Dugois Savagnin Arbois

Lovely orange-gold color. Smells like fall - apple orchard, a bit of cider, quince paste, a bit of leaf matter. More fully oxidized than last bottle - like the love child of a laser-focused Chablis and a palo cortado. Some slightly abrasive acetic notes to start, but becomes more integrated after a an hour. Walnuts, Fuji Apple, quince, a bit of brown bread, which morphs into ripe stone fruit at the end.
