Remoissenet Pere et Fils Beaune 1er Cru Les Toussaints

This was very cool, but I thought too much weediness/herbal notes, maybe some tobacco, but I had no idea it was this old--guessed early 2000's Burgundy. Gained a lot of complexity as it breathed, with lots of depth, even if I didn't so much care for the flavors. Bacari w/ gang for tripple header b-day
