Pale lemon in colour with aromas of petrol, blossoms & wet gravel. On the palate, bold flavours of citrus/lemon, green fruit/green & yellow apple, floral/blossoms & petrol. The finish is long with electrifying acidity transitioning to chalky minerality. The ABV is 11.7%, but the off dry is well balanced by cool climate fruit profile & the acidity.
