I enjoyed this bottle with a chicken sausage risotto, good combo. I'm not very familiar with the Garganega grape but this wine was less crisp and more silky. There was a creaminess to the wine but not like a malolactic butterball, just a pleasant mid-palate weightiness. I would recommend especially for the $12-$14.

Mineral, and a pretty darn intense as a Soave. Works at $12.
