Williams Selyem Blanc de Noir Drake Estate Vineyard

Creamy apple, apple blossoms, cardamom and floral aromas. Just a hint of Pinot Noir “funk” too (in a good way). Apple, cherry, tangerine, and citrus flavors with a long vanilla finish. I enjoyed this, but it’s pretty expensive.

Nice Chardonnay. Pear and apple with some minerality were the predominate elements that I tasted. Quite enjoyable for a casual dinner of chicken on a warm evening. At a good point to drink. (Served with oven roasted whole chicken with potatoes and root veritable along with a side of gilled Brussels sprouts.)
