Caves Auguste Moreau Gevrey-Chambertin

Fantastic discovery from a bin-end sale - very firm, meaty Gevrey-Chambertin notes with a pure, crystal clarity on the palate. Beef broth, cherries and some earthy elements. Linear with very precise fruit. Has the stuffing to go much further. A touch green at times but there is enough oomf to get over this. Really excellent stuff for the £20 I paid for it.
