Michel-Schlumberger Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc

This is so good. All the advantages of a good Sauternes without the disadvantages. It’s not as syrupy in texture or sweetness, with a crispness that makes it easy to drink on a hot night. A perfect foil for creme brûlée and Greek pastries. Wish we’d bought more of this!
