Casa de la Ermita Jumilla Reserva

Dark garnet red with slight brickish rim. Very complete nose, with aromas of black currant, chestnuts, and fig. Enters a little light, but develops very well in the transition, and explodes on the finish. Some gamey notes in mid-palate, and evolves toward very fruity notes of black currant (again), and (overripened) black berry, maybe a little blue berry pie as second tier. The finish is velvety and tannic, and very long.
