Medium purple in the glass. Nose is concentrated dark fruits with pepper vanilla and hint of alcohol. The taste profile is a little out for me with a great upfront fruit driven that is smooth, fresh and vibrant but there is a bitter line that flows from mid palate onwards detracting from the enjoyment of this wine. Tasting over 5 hours following decanting to assess the impact of air on the wine.
