Château Soucherie Anjou Cuvée Les Rangs De Long

Very light straw color. Nose with quince and citrus. Palate with pear and honey crisp apple that is chalky and full of minerality. The most notable and imo best attribute is the strong acidity. Enjoyed alone in the sun, but would serve even better with creamy white cheeses or seafood.
