Flurry of Fleurie : No brett in this bottle. A little medicinal on the nose, cherry. Super light body, very savory, like cherry thyme juice. Ethereal, really nice light bitterness on the finish. Just excellent.

Wow. I’ve had Anne Sophie Dubois wines before but this may be my first Labourons. So very Burgundian. If I was drinking this blind and if not for the purplish hue, I would absolutely guess burgundy. Very complex, even at this early stage. Cherry jolly rancher, raspberry, floral, some seaweed, black tea leaves, and minerality. Slightly ripe but not any more than some Burgundian’s Bourgogne rouges from 2019. Med body, silky texture, some spice on the palate, med+ acidity, and …

Just an absolute delight. A hint of brett on the nose but it's not in your face. Great fruit, acid, minerality, and just enough tannin to tie the room together.

Comparison tasting with Ochota Barrels Devastate. This had more depth and richness, drinking really nice right now. Still has the purple drank character of such a warm year but without being too jammy

There were some really good things about this wine and some, not so much. Weird aromatics - a bit dirty, maybe bretty. A grain alcohol component is prominent. The normal smells were red cherry. But we decided it was slightly bretty. In the mouth, much better than it smells. Incredibly silky mouth feel with soft cherry, low tannins (until they sneak back in at the end as rough tannic edges) and medium minus acidity that ends in a nice mouthwatering …

Cola, kirsch, macerated strawberries and blueberries. Extremely smooth and fine tannin, with just a sensation of grip on the finish. Hard to stop drinking.

nose booms with cola, cinnamon, dark flowers, wild berries, and cherries. palate medium bodied with medium acidity. satin smooth mouthfeel. pillow soft around the edges. more concentrated dark cherry and mineral flavor. finishes with a slightly sour fruit and some savory notes. highly finessed and just plain delicious.

Pale+ purple color, nose of red fruit with strong floral notes. Mineral and floral on the palate. Smooth finish and no typical gamay bitterness. An absolutely beautiful wine. Will be picking up more.

Pale purple in colour. On the nose this struts the line between red and blue fruit. Raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry all intertwining with floral notes of rose petal. Structured and concentrated fruit on the palate without feeling overwhelming. The mineral backbone and high acidity do a lot to balance out the fruit. It just elegantly dances on the palate. This is a wine meant to be consumed with a few years of bottle age to it though. Would revisit from …

Medium ruby to pink at the rim. Nice Fleurie typicity here with bright, ripe red fruits, loads of florals and some pepper on the nose. Diverges a little with some grippy tannins and a bit of alcohol on the finish. Probably popped a couple years young but drinks well now nonetheless. 13% abv.
