Sappy aromas of cherry, plum, boysenberry, wet soil, and orange-cinnamon. Medium bodied with restrained, straight-line tannin bright orange acid, it’s a very easy-drinking Saperavi suggesting some tannin manipulation, in the vineyard and/ winery, was done. Flavors include cherry, plum, raspberry, orange zest, black pepper, and tar. Nice and easy without losing the variety’s characteristics.
