I let it breathe in the bottle for 1.5 hours. Bouquet was not impressive. This is an intriguing, solid wine with good balance and structure, slightly more than medium-bodied, with tannins that have smoothed-out; yet the wine's character is understated in all ways except for the mid-palate bountiful fruit flavors of blackberry, cherry, and cassis, with a welcome presence of vanilla. Even the long-ish finish presents subtle cherry and currant flavors, understated as they are. My impession is that this …

Enjoyable, good QPR. A little better after breathing in bottle 30-60 mins but does not have to.

Once again, Coppola is hitting my sweet spot with its single vineyard offering. Elegant, smooth and delicious. Sweet cherries, raspberries, vanilla and oak. This is an easy drinking cab that makes you addicted! Vanilla is omnipresent throughout but not overpowering. An excellent value at under $20. NI:4, FI:21, FC:9, B:4, L:3

Deeply extracted ruby. Nose and palate of cassis and lightly vanilla’d dark red berry compote. Medium body. Medium acidity. Medium minus tannins. Classic Sonoma Cab that will be a great compliment to roasts, casseroles, and lighter cuts of beef. Drink now through 2023.

Similar in style to Daou or Justin Cabernet. Big and dark, highly extracted, with a subtle sweetness. Flavors of Blackberry, Black cherry, vanilla and toasted oak with smooth tannins. Overall, it has its place and I quite liked it compared to the other wines mentioned above. A good QPR and I would buy again.
