Azienda Agricola Terreni Alla Maggia Merlot La Lepre

Served by the glass at a cute bistro in Zurich (AuGust). Very pale golden straw color. Gardenia, limestone, and subtle lemon pound cake on the diminutive nose. Dry, crisp palate, with reasonable acidity and good linger. Very unique Swiss white blend of Merlot and Kerner. It’s very delicate, yet an easy drinker. Nothing I’d seek out, but a fun way to start dinner.
