Very mature - baked apple, baking spices. Soft and elegant. Dried out a bit at first, soft and elegant on the palate as well. Spices, apple, pie crust, but this also developed a creaminess, poise and balance that I really dug - not tired but gentle - everything is in place. I liked this more than others at the table did. Nose - 5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17/20.
