Excellent example of the Arneis grape. A strong competitor to the splendid Bruno Giacosa 2017 Arneis reviewed a couple of years back. On nose: fresh picked crabapples , chalk dust, and warmed stony minerals. On palate: all above notes amplified , with a whitbier hop bitterness( in a good way) Crenshaw melon, a ghost of meyer lemon, celery crispness, on a relatively full body ( 14% alcohol with no heat) .
