White flowers and light citrus on the nose. Honeyed green apple, petrol, ripe lemon on the palate. A honeyed green apple, mineral and lemon finish.

Michael Schuster Fine Wine Course Day 1 (Headspace, Hatton Gardens, London) : Medium lemon. Green apple, acetone from volatile acidity. Dry, moderate acidity, full body, high alcohol, medium intensity flavours of green apple, hint of honey. Medium (-) finish, alcohol warmth dominating. Acceptable quality. Out of balance, lacks complexity and length, although has some concentration.
