Domaine Daniel Dampt et Fils Petit Chablis

Pnp. Medium straw, has some noticeable deepening of color from age. Quiet nose of pear, a touch of integrated french oak showing some warm vanilla. On the palate, a rather smooth medium acidity with a medium + body supported by some diacetyl. Smooth apple, pear, butter that takes precedence to a slightly rocky mineral finish. This smells great. Crisp green apple with some hay, oyster shell and minerality. Greenish light gold in color. Tastes crisp and clean. Plenty of zippy, citrusy acidity. Not particularly complex. Straight forward, but nice and tasty.
