Deep brown orange. Subtle marzipan nose with a touch of plummy soy. Palate some really nice mature dried apricots, tropical fruit eg rambutan and longan berry including their acidity. Indeed striking acidity (from the colder climate) across the palate providing excellent balance. Mature acaia honey. Brown sugar and general mature notes present. Long finish showing off it's nice complexity.
