In der Nase sehr hell: Etwas Steinobst, etwas Quitte, etwas Reineclaude. Ganz feines Wachs, dezent Petrol, angedeutete Kräuter. Als Kontrast ist das maritim-kalkig bis der Arzt kommt. Am Gaumen hell-mineralisch mit deutlicher, aber recht feiner Phenolik. Recht weinig mit sehr gut integrierter Säure. Viel Extrakt, wirkt fast kräftiger als die angegebenen 12,5% Vol. Feinpikanter Abgang mit guter Länge.

På den kjøligeresiden. Heftig syre. Frukten holder såvidt tritt. Har godt av litt luft. Men fruktsødmen sitter baki der med god konsentrasjon. Lett bitterhet i avslutningen.

Pale lemon colour. Medium and youthful nose with green apples, lemon, white peach, slate, wet stone and apple blossom. Medium taste of green apples, white peach, lemon, orange, slate and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Riesling. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with fish, shellfish or sushi.
