Medium red, good acidity, good sweetness combined with dark cherry fruit flavours and a noticeable tannic spine. Drinking very well after 7 years with more aging capabilities. A well made and great drinking Bourgogne at a great price point. I have found this wine consistently approachable over the many years I have bought this as a house wine and daily drinker.

Found this 2015 tucked away in my cellar. I use this wine as an intro to most non pinot red wine drinkers and as a volume wine for my big family drinkers. It has delivered over the many years I have bought this wine. This 2015 is an excellent tasting wine. Medium red in colour, good acidity, good balance between medium tannins and great dark fruit flavours primarily cherry. This has moderate length. An excellent Bourgogne that still has more …

Great fruity nose, light red colour, light bodied, wonderful flavours of raspberry and light red fruit, tannins mild, good acidity, delightful to drink, not any great length but a very yummy wine at a great price point and has aged well! This has the appearance of a light pinot but this has a great flavour profile .

Light transparent color. Nice nose. Ripe berry fruit. More towards blackberry, so has a bright aspect to it. Some spice and eventually something kinda musty, but generally a fruit driven nose. Palate gets some of that fruit. Mid-palate a bit hollow. Finish has some acidity/salinity/vegetal notes. Elegant in feel. You get the nice fruit of the vintage and the elegance of Burgundy. You don’t get the earthiness you often get though. https://winediplomats.com/

Good value pinot noir for early drinking. Opened and decanted one hour. Colour is light orangey red. The nose reminds me of canned strawberries. Palate is fruity and young, slightly bitter. Medium length. Went well with roast chicken.

This is a light glimpse into the 2015 vintage. While you might think it’s simple with dark cherry the acid and mineral are nice and keep the wine dancing on the tongue while you eat your meal. I think that when you compare a basic Bourgogne from 2005 you can draw parallels. While I wouldn’t be drinking a bunch of village level Wines let alone 1er of GC, this is fine but a bit high in price for what you …

This wine was light and simple, cherry and higher acid. The finish was clean and did not linger. For us, overpriced for the lack of complexity but pairs well with food.

Simple straightforward strawberry nose, bordering on confected jam, perhaps strawberry custard. Yes. It does what it’s meant to do and does so effectively.

Flirting with the anonymous but manages to be Burgundy in the end. A little charm present. Nice red strawberryish fruit and a whisp of smoke. The fruit captures the vintage quality nicely. However, not very interesting, and a little acidic. 87-88

Fully translucent, red center to orange/clear rim. Very little on the nose: just a faint cherry. None of the typical pinot characteristics. The palate is about as flat as can be. Very little to be detected. No oak or fruit; just mild bitterness. Not much different than watered-down lemonade. This hardly counts as a wine. There's nothing to enjoy. Also nothing to hate. Just not much of anything.

There seems to be quite a variance of scores on this one. Certainly not an under 80 point nor over 90 point wine. Mid to upper 80's, It's a decent under $15 everyday wine (at Costco). A bit light with ample acidity. Would be best drunk with food. I think a few years of bottle age will help this wine. Much better than most under $20 California Pinot noir.

Lighter color. The nose shows fruity but lightweight aromas of cherry, minerals, herbs and a hint of flowers. This is medium light bodied on the palate with decent concentration and ok finesse. The medium length finish features a chalky element and rustic tannins.

I generally like my wines to taste like something. The nose actually isn't bad, and has some varietal typicity. The palate has some, though not much, cherry fruit, with little palate presence and no finish whatsoever. There is also acidity here, so you can have it with food, but I won't call it a food wine and imply food improves it any. The only reason I'm not rating it lower is that it actually avoid a lot of cheap wine …

Slightly more tannin and acidity than the 2011 of the same wine. Could improve potentially, but no need to wait. A wine for people that like to drink wine as a part of their meal. Not a stand-alone blockbuster by any stretch.

I haven't had many burgundies, so this was an interesting change of pace from American pinots. Some red fruit on the nose, maybe sour cherries. Relatively high acid as to what I was expecting, and a little tannic, so it would be interesting to see what another year on the shelf would do. A big hit of grass and hay in the flavor with an astringent aftertaste. Not very pleasant, but undeniably unique. It should open up a bit, so …

Stone fruit minerality with a light bodied sour cherry, mossy herbal thing going on. Short finish - acidic...still waiting for Pinot's to really grab me. Had to be patient with this one. Day 2 - I let it decant (a no-no with this one apparently) and found some leather. Not bad, no problems - but not exactly my favourite.

Deep ruby. An attractive bouquet of red cherry, raspberry and a little red plum. Some gentle spice. Reflecting the vintage, juicy, full and succulent on palate. Good ripe red berry fruit. Fairly linear and not complex or multi-layered but fine for this level. Below medium weight. Quite approachable and fairly soft and friendly. Adequate acidity. A good everyday drinking Burgundy. Drink now or optimally in the next 6-8 years (and will probably live longer).

I usually run when I see the Latour label (ok, I'm guilty of buying the cheap ones). This one was a gift, and I dreaded opening it, but I was surprised - I liked it. A little fruitier than your typical Burgundy, but it was pleasant, smooth, short finish, went well with food. A decent table wine.

Exactly the sort of fruity, light Pinot I like to drink on a Friday evening. It's not trying to be a NZ or a U.S. Pinot and why should it? It's a simple, well made Burgundy Pinot. Soft, light, fruity with cherries and raspberries as well a savoury touch, with a little sourness on the finish. It tastes of "my glass is already empty, top it up please" and carry on the conversation.

Had this couple years ago when it's $15. Not only the price, but also the memory was more pleasant. Pale light ruby color, almost thought this as a claret or dark color rose. Smell was tight, red fruits and very earthy. Dry, body was medium to medium plus, high acidity, low, unripe tannin, earthy on a short finish. Don't like it all on first day. But it improved on second day, after air and chilled in fridge.
