Blind tasting at home; 7/29/2022-7/30/2022 : Classic beautiful chalky dusty nose (for SA). The most integrated of the wine tonight. Definitely the surprise of the night after the reveal. This was better than expected especially up against the competition.

Fourth wine in the VIP tasting lounge during the Cape Winemakers Guild Auction and second still red wine. This is made up of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Merlot by Miles Mossop from the Bottelary region in Stellenbosch. Aged for a total of 22 months in 33% new French oak.
