Domaine François Lamarche Vosne-Romanée Village

Beautiful, seems young. Red fruit, cherry, cranberry, hibiscus flower, a bit spicy, and starting "sous bois" notes Beautiful finish. Had with duck a l'orange and went beautiful.

This wine is entering its drinking window now with notes of ripe cherry, ripe strawberries, baking spices, vosne spice. Quite a deep profile. Opened up nicely after 30 mins. Drink now and the next 8 years.

Initially a touch closed on the nose, but opens quickly in the glass after 5-10 min; the nose then shows beautiful ripe red fruits and tons of Vosne spice; there is a hint of earth and some anise/mint notes with more air. The palate is silky and delicious. Super tasty and hard to stop taking sips. Really good now and with good development potential.

Dégustation au domaine Comme le hautes côtes , la robe rubis claire est jolie et brillante. Les arômes delicats de pinot noir aérien ont un charme fou, une élégance rare, une pureté incroyable qui surprend d'autant plus que tout ce que j'ai pu gouter jusqu'ici en LAMARCHE n'avait absolument pas cette grâce (malconsort 2012 et 2009, echezeaux 2002).

Most feminine of the Vosne 1er Crus, this is very elegantly textured throughout, then very good concentration coming through on finish. Very good+ 91-93 point potential here.
