Whoa…. This wine was so intense with deep blueberry and savory flavors with bacon fat coating my palate. Just an amazing wine drinking perfectly now!

The wow wine of the weekend. On a night where the reds were a 07 Chappellet Pritchard Hill, and a 08 Kistler Cuvée Elizabeth, this was the one preferred by the group. Big and ripe, black and blue fruits, savory with notes of licorice and lavender. Long finish and incredibly smooth.

We agree with WineguyFL, it's better than 92... a big mouthful, typical of Martinelli and Helen Turley's early guidance. We like everything they make (some more than others, of course) and this is one of the good ones. I'm still trying to get used to Lisa's reviews, she ain't Robert.

I rate this one better than WA.....who gives it a 92. Complex/chewy. Ready to drink right now. Was a crowd pleaser in a restaurant.

Nose of dark fruit (inc. blueberries) with a touch of smoke and some floral element. Lots of smoke on the palate with a bit too much alcohol heat, but still nice.
