Ketcham Estate Pinot Noir Ketcham Vineyard

Very nice light Burgundian Pinot. Light cherry with earth and forest.

Medium ruby color. Very smooth and round stewed and some fresh cherry with cinnimon spice. Good length finish, but is a little one dimensional at the end.

Disappointing. No Wow factor. Other bottles have been better.... not this one.

Strawberry and cherry fragrance and flavor, bright, medium bodied, color of cherry juice, medium tannins. Could use another year.

- Violet color and aromas of tobacco, cherry and mushroom and has flavours of cherry and diacetyl (butter).

Really cool coloring on this. A vibrant light cranberry color with slight pinkish orange on the rim. Smells of fresh red berries and spice, violets, charred barrel. Medium body with bright acidity. This wine has a very fresh and vivacious personality. Cranberry, pomegranate, sour cherry, rose hips, under-ripened purple plums, red currant and minerals. The finish is tart with lingering fruit. This specimen savory with some killer acid backed by pungent fruit. Decant this for an hour.

Drank this at Napa Valley Wine and Cigar with my buddy Mike. Great nose vs the Cold Heaven Nevertell. Dark color. Very smooth. Sour cherry finish. Age worthy. Alch 14.1% Delicious food wine. The bottle lasted less than 60 minutes. I'll let my bottles age, but have a funny feeling the Ketcham will share 'go to' status with Sojourn.
