This was quite interesting and ultimately enjoyable; only ever had sweet wines from Tokaj in the past; this has a nice nose that is very mineral, some petrichor, citrus notes, a hint of peach; somewhat reminiscent of a riesling; the palate has lovely acidity and drive with good intensity of flavor. Maybe just a hint of petrol. Quite enjoyable; definitely needs food and could certainly age.

Pale yellow, with a nose of apple, pear, croissant, almond and hazlenut. The palate shows fine acid, taut rather than tart. This is an excellent bottle which I expect will continue to evolve over the coming years.
