Epoch, Rose, Paso Robles

I know it seems late to be drinking 2023 Rose in late 2025 but this is some awesome juice. Very pretty vibrant pink and a hint of orange. Good nose (I'm not drinking it refrigerator cold) and amazing flavors of soft ripe and spicy strawberry with a decidedly rich mouthfeel. Very long finish that's still inviting and fresh. orangish hue with a medium body..mild fruit to start then a rather tart finish..enjoyed with various cheeses

strawberry aroma; red fruit, strawberry, acid, tangy, mineral

Has a peach profile.

Vibrant acidity, wonderfully intense juicy rose' with strawberry/watermelon notes and a savory edge. Quite possibly the best version of this wine to date.
