Washington Hills Riesling Columbia Valley

Off-dry. Missing that Riesling floral nose that I love, but nicely balanced on the palate.

PnP at refrigerator temperature. Served with a slightly spicy sardine pasta dish, which brought out mandarin orange and honey flavors in this wine. On its own, however, this juice had a petroleum-driven nose and flavor profile and flabby structure that did not excite us. We'll consider this an in-case-of-spicy-food-only wine. "Good," 82/100.
