Koshi tsukano shuzo Junmai hira Niigata

My first sake, so I won't rate or judge. But I will say it was hot...tried it warmed, room temp, and chilled and I liked it best right out of the fridge. Still high alcohol on the nose. Viscous on the palate. Maybe some nuttiness when chilled...really got very little warmer than that. Will try another sake soon!
