Définitivement je ne bois pas assez d'Amarone. Oui c'est sur un profil riche, cuit mais lorsque c'est bien fait et que l'acidité est au rendez-vous, ca donne un vin extrêmement savoureux et délicieux a boire. C'est exactement le cas de ce Costasera Riserva. Totallement équilibré, il nous en met plein la bouche sans tomber dans l'excès, parfait pour terminer une dégustation. Un vin qui me dit d'en mettre plus en cave, mais d'acheter les bons. Splendide !

Drank with the lads at Coppinwood. Decanted 2 hours. In a great spot now, rich taste mellow tannins. Chocolate and raisins come to mind. Get the to next bottle soon.

Grandi Marchi Tasting (Dockside Balcony, Cocklebay, Sydney) : Meaty, slightly oxidised, funky, cherry, minerality. In the mouth medium plus acid, medium plus flavours dominated by cherry, chocolate, medium plus tannin. Ridiculously long. Very nice indeed.
