A pleasant surprise. I recently recognized this bottle behind the bar at a local restaurant and asked for a small taste. I was disappointed in it: disjointed and harsh, not at all pleasant. But tonight I opened the bottle I'd previously purchased and was delighted with it. Right out of the chute, pure and bright, with some nice leathery tones along with pure cherry fruit.
