Maturing and at this point the RS has mostly gone to the background. A pretty if not profound wine with fruit salad, pear, a little lime, and apple: almost a bit compote like. It has a redder riesling profile. Still with nice cut and minerality/ slate soil tones. Clean and deep, faded a bit compared to my last couple bottles, and this was my last of them. very ripe fruits, yellow stone fruits, citrus, light and elegant (7,5%), long finishwith mango and pineapple, too young,potential for 5-10 years, acidity is fresh and vivid

PNP. cork leaked and moldy at top. Hi shoulder fill but this one leaked more than I would like. Color accordingly gold with a little brown hue. Had acid propping it up but really lacked the umph i was hoping for. Hopefully my other bottles which look in better shape will be more lively. These we purchased recently on consignment so not sure of provenance. Wasn't bad but a little disappointed given what this should be like.

Mee Siam Showdown on New Year's Day 2011 (Peng Fong & Cindy's) : Very nice - this was one of my favourite wines on the day. Nose showed quite a bit of age on its, with petroleum scents mingling with caramel, honey, orange peel and dried mangoes. More of the same on the palate - honey, dried mangoes, some beeswax, along with a nice draught of oolong tea, a nice expression of pear on the mid-palate, and a fresh limey …

maturing golden color. A beautiful mature nose, with lime, fresh cherry juice, with a beautiful mix of citrus, flowers, and a great sense of minerality. This is terribly well balanced, with great clarity depth and focus. A truly mouthwatering wine. Flat out beautiful, at peak and in no fear of decline any time soon. That said, its great now. 94pts.

Hit-and-Run Fun with Buns (Momofuku Ssam Bar) : Still pretty sweet, although bottle age has clearly streamlined and polished the baby fat of the fruit and it renders a mature flavor profile with sleek acidity notwithstanding the overt sweetness.

Vibrant nose with bitter orange and some tropical fruit.Full bodied,good balance,citrus.
