Golden Grape Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Parliament of Owls

I'd expected a typical, fairly big, Aussie cabernet merlot blend, which I thought would be a good match for red meats. But what you get is a very ripe palate which has too much sweetness running through it. I felt i could have bought a fruit drink for 10% of the cost. Very disappointing.
