Perhaps one of the best rosés in the world. Very delicate salmon colors, white marble. The nose is a mirror image of the slate soil on which the vines stand for this incredibly mineral, fresh and energetic wine. Superb grip on the palate, wet rock, tender salt, blood orange, melon and white flowers. Fine acidity, very much inner energy, tight and elegant. Drinking flow in a square.
